2001-06-12: Hike up to St. Patrick's Bed
After breakfast, we booked our room for a second night, so that we would be able to spend the whole day exploring Connemara.
In the morning, we hiked up to St. Patrick’s Bed on Mamean, an ancient place of pilgrimage. Legend has it that St. Patrick once spent a night up there on the mountain.
